Credex was formed in 1990 to provide software solutions to lenders. The intent was to provide high quality systems with the best customer support in the industry. We have certainly accomplished and maintain those objectives
Where are Credex clients located?
Our clients are located in 11 states. We are willing to expand into any area where our clients or prospective clients wish to go.
How soon can I begin using Credex products?
If you are a new company with no loans to convert, we can usually have you operational within a week of receiving any special forms (such as origination documents) you will be using. If you choose to use documents already in our library, we can get your operation going sooner.
What kind of support do you offer?
Our support staff is available 24 hours a day every day of the year. You are never more than 15 minutes away from speaking with someone who understands our technology and the lending business.
How will Credex help me in loan origination?
Credex software calculates all interest, fees and insurance premiums. All origination documents are printed and ready for review by your customer. Any rebates on previous loans are calculated and the remaining balance is carried forward to the new loan.
How will my contracts and other documents be generated?
Your contracts, privacy, insurance forms, etc are digitized and merged with your loan data. Documents are printed on a laser printer
Do you report to the credit bureaus?
We use the metro2 format to report to the credit bureaus.
How will my ACH transactions be handled?
You simply code the payment date, bank routing transit number, and checking/savings account number into the loan record. Our software will create transactions to go to your financial institution and automatically post the payment to the loan
I only have one office, will you be able to help me?
We are able to handle a single office or hundreds. Our high level of support is the same with all clients
Will you be able to retain my reports for later viewing?
Daily, monthly and annual reports may be printed but also stored as PDF files for viewing days and months later.
How will I collect on delinquent accounts?
The Online Collections system will prompt you on who needs to be contacted based on preset parameters. You are able to look at data about the loan including payment history, collateral and previous comments. After communication with your customer, you are able to add unlimited comments along with a promise date or next call date to the record. You then move on to the next loan.
How will my financial statements be created (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)?
We create a daily or monthly interface file for your income system. Some of those we support include QuickBooks, Peachtree and Solomon.
How long will it take for me to learn to use the system?
Any software supplier would say their system is easy to use, but you be the judge. Check out our demonstration on the home page of our web at www.credexsystems.com.
What platform will the system operate on?
If you choose to purchase a license for the software and run it on your computer you will need a Microsoft based system. Credex will assist you in making sure our software will run on your equipment
If you select our “Software as a Service” option, no data is stored in your office so you will need only a laser printer and Microsoft XP system at the branch location. High Speed internet (DSL or equivalent) will be need to access our data center equipment at Venture Technologies.
If I choose the Software as a Service (Saas) option, how will I access my loans?
You must have high speed internet (DSL or equivalent). Your loans are stored on equipment located with our partner Venture Technologies (WWW.ventech.com)
Will my data be safe with you?
All our customer data is stored at Venture Technologies data center. The system is designed with temperature-controlled systems, redundant power supplies, auxiliary power generators, advanced smoke and fire detection systems, fire suppression systems, 24/7 security.
How much does the system cost?You have two options; purchase a perpetual license to use the software or use our Software as a Service feature.
With the Purchase option, you pay us an upfront fee and have a license to use the system perpetually. You then pay us an annual fee for regulatory updates and new features, which we add throughout the year.
With the Software as a Service pricing, you pay us a single monthly fee based on which modules you use and how many users access the system.

Who is responsible for regulatory updates to the software?
Credex is responsible for all federal and state regulatory changes. These are included in the annual maintenance fee (if software is purchased) or the monthly Software as a Service fee.
Are new features included in the pricing?
We add many new features throughout the year. If you are up to date on your annual maintenance fee (if purchased) or if you subscribe to Software as a Service you receive these at no charge.
How will I receive upgrades?
If you have purchased the system and run it on your computers, you will download updates from our web monthly. If you subscribe to Software as a Service, no action on your part is required.
