Special Reports

  • Delinquency Reports

Contractual By Day - This report looks at next payment due to determine the delinquency of each loan. This report list the customer's loan number, name, next payment due, payments, date last payment made, past due payment amount, total loan amount past due for the following categories: 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and 91-up days. This report includes a summary page that gives overall totals for each of the past due categories and percentages of delinquent amount, percentage of delinquent accounts, percentage of total amounts and percentage of total number of accounts.

Contractual By Month - This report looks at the month of the next payment due to determine the delinquency of a customer's account. This report list the customer's account number, name, next payment due, payment amount, date of last payment, account status, total loan amount past due for following categories: potential 30 day, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 days, 150 days and 180 days. This report includes a summary page that gives overall totals for each of the past due categories. It list the number of accounts and total loan dollar amount, percentage of delinquent amount, percentage of delinquent accounts, percentage of total amounts and percentage of total number of accounts.

Past Due Report - There are four categories for the Past Due Report: Next Payment Due-Contractual, Promise Date, Date Last Payment Made - Recency, and Alpha Order.

Contractual By Month By Class - This report looks at the month of the next payment due to determine the delinquency of a customer's account and is sorted by class code. This report lists the customer's account number, name next payment due, payment amount, date of last payment, account status, total loan amount past due for the following categories: potential 30 day, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 or more days. This report includes a summary page that gives overall totals for each of the past due categories. It lists the number of accounts and total loan dollar amount, percentage of delinquent amount, percentage of delinquent accounts, percentage of total amounts and percentage of total number of accounts.

Straight Contractual By Month - This report looks at the month of the next payment due to determine the delinquency of the loan. This report lists the customer's account number, customer's name, customer's next payment due, the payment amount and term, date of customer's last payment, the account status, total loan amount past due for the following categories: 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 days. This report includes a summary page that gives overall totals for each of the past due categories. It lists the number of accounts and total loan dollar amount, percentage of delinquent amount, percentage of delinquent accounts, percentage of total amounts and percentage of total number of accounts.

  • Managerial Reports

Averages - This report lists the average dollar amount, loan count, balance, payment amount, annual percentage rate, loan terms and days late for active loans, paid out loans, bankruptcies, debtor petitions, suits filed, all loans and new loans.

Added Insurance Report - This report provides a list of each customer where automobile insurance has been added. It lists the customer's loan number, name, date of the transaction and the transaction amount.

Quarterly Bank Call Report - This report was written to meet FDIC and OCC guidelines required for Bank owned Finance Companies. This report lists seperately the number of Active and charged off/Non Accrual loans within a particular collateral code, loan balance (remaining balance less unearned interest), Interest Income, Unearned Interest, the Year to Date Interest, Net Loan Balance and the Loan maturity's divided in month range 3 month, 12 month, etc.

Cash Projection - This report lists incoming cash for the succeeding 30 day period. The report lists a cumulative and individual total and each day of the month's projected income (should all customers make their scheduled payments on the appropriate due date).

Daily Status Report - This report is divided into four sections:

Outstanding Balances - This section of the report displays the outstanding loan receivable balances and number of accounts by each loan type (consumer loans, sales finance, automobile, simple interest and interest bearing) and gives an overall total. Loan recovery outstanding balance and number of accounts is displayed seperately.

Loan Balance Report - Lists number of loans by collateral type and dollar amount. This report displays the previous days ending balances then addsany current day's activity (payoffs, renewals, payments, adjustments, charged off and new loans) deriving today's balance. Displays today, month to date, and year to date activity.

Income Report - List daily income by category (interest, surcharge & insurance, etc.) and totals. Includes a month to date running income total by each of the daily categories.

Delinquency - Displays amount past due, loan balances and number of accounts by number of days delinquent. There are 5 categories: 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 90 days +, suits filed and chapter 7 & 13.

Insurance Expiration Report - This report lists the customer's loan number, name, insurance date, insurance term, insurance expirataion date, loan balance and loan maturity date of loans with automobile insurance. This report allows the user to key a date range for their search.

Account Averages Report - The report prints as of a specific date and lists the average loan amount, count, balance, payment amount, annual percentage rate, term, days late for the following types of accounts: active loans, paid out loans, bankruptcies, debtors petition, suits filed, all loans and new loans.

Loan Status Report - This report can be printed for a specific time period/range which is determined by the user. The report lists the number of each insurance written and their corresponding dollar amounts, refunds, net premiums for each type of insurance, insurance claims paid and the dollar amount of claims paid. This report lists the gross loan dollar amounts, interest amount of loans made during the specified period, any renewed loans, loan balance adjustments, loans charged off, refunds, collections and net loan balances.

Paid Out Accounts (Alpha List) - This report lists the loan class code, loan number, customer name, loan date, payoff date, amount financed, interest amount, interest refund, loan term, any insurance written and refunds, state and federal annual percentage, total loan and loan status of customer accounts that have paid out based on the range of dates specified by the user.

Payment Taken Today - This report lists payments taken since the last End of Day was processed. It lists the customer's loan number, name, payment amount (cash and/or check) and total payment, the operator that took the payment, the overall total for all payments taken by each operator and a grand total for all payments taken.

Payoff Report - This report lists each loan by loan class and overall totals, the customer's name, loan date, any refunds (interest, insurance, fees, etc.) and the loan payoff amount for the date specified by the user. This report will allow the user to choose to print by details or by totals.

Report On Status - This report allows the user to select from the following choices: Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Charge Off, Suits Filed, Prepayment Fee Report, Extensions Report and Past Due Report.

  • Other Reports

Alpha List - This report lists each customer, the loan class code, account number, customer address, loan balance, loan status, APR, payment amount and due date. This report can be sorted in the following ways: account number, borrower, co-borrower and by co-signer.

Alpha List By Collateral Type - This report lists each customer, their loan collateral code, account number, customer address, loan balance, loan status, APR, payment amount and loan payment amount and due date.

Customer Labels - This system function will print a label for each customer, their address and the customer's loan number. The labels have been designed to print on a dot matrix printer using one up labels (3 1/2" X 15/16").

History Cards On Multiple Loans - This function allows the user to print multiple history cards on loans without pulling up each account individually and printing the card.

Loan Class Alpha List - This report lists by loan class each customer, account number, customer address, loan balance, loan status, APR, payment amount and due date.

List Interest Bearing Loans - This report list all interest bearing loans and list the customer's loan number, name, loan term, payment amount, loan balance and the interest due.

Reprint Late Notices - This function of the loan system allows the user to reprint late notices that normally would print as part of Beginning of Day.

  • Collateral Protection Reports

No Insurance and Past Grace Period Report - This report allows the user to monitor those accounts where the borrower is to provide proof of insurance within the allotted time period specified in the Credit Express Company Options. This report lists the customer's loan date, name, address (street, city, state and zip code), customer's telephone number (home and work) and customer's loan balance.
