Monthly Reports

End of Month Reports

Request for Return of Collateral - This report lists the paid out account number(s) and name(s) to be sent back to the insurance company to let them know the accounts have paid out.

Refunds Report - This report prints monthly by loan class and then totals all classes and lists every loan that received refunds during the period. It lists the customer's name, loan date, account number, policy number (if applicable), date of refund, each type of refund (life insurance, interest, A&H interest, surcharge, property insurance, etc.).

Insurance Commission Report - This report lists the total gross premiumsfor each type of insurance written and subtracts the corresponding refunds to derive the net premiums. The premiums are listed by loan class and then all the classes are totaled. This report displays the insurance commission percentages and both the company's commission dollar amounts and the amount payable to the insurance company.

Monthly Collections Report - This report displays the total month to date collections (cash and/or checks, late charges, returned checks, PMI, extension fees, miscellaneous fees, extra interest, charge off recovery, interest on interest bearing loans to determine the overall month to date balance reduction).

Monthly Breakdown by Dollar Range - This report displays the number of loans booked by dollar range. It displays the type of insurance, number of policies written, and overall gross premiums for each type of insurance.

Individual Earnings Report - The report lists each customer's account alphabetically and by class code. It then totals all classes displaying the month to date total earnings for the following categories: prepaid interest extension(s), interest, miscellaneous fee(s), maintenance fee(s), surcharge, past maturity interest and earnings for each type of insurance booked on a particular loan. You may optionally print only totals.

Paid Off Loans Report - This report lists each loan by class code that paid out or renewed during the current month. It also displays the payoff amount and any rebates (interest, surcharge, maintenance fee(s), insurance, etc.) individually and gives the overall totals. All loan classes are totaled on the last page of the report.

New Loan Journal - This report is a detailed listing of each new account that was added to the system during the current month. The accounts are categorized by loan class and the total of all the accounts is given. It lists the account number, customer name and each type of insurance/fee that was charged on a particular loan. It displays the cash advance and renewal amount brought forward from a previous loan. All loan classes are totaled on the last page of this report.

Dealer Reserve Report - This report lists each dealer, their month to date/year to date/life to date reserve amounts and any amounts disbursed back to the dealer. It also lists the dealer's general ledger number and dealer's reserve percentage/fee.

Charged Off/Down Loans Report - This report lists any loans that were charged off or down during the current month by class code and gives the overall totals. This report includes the customer's name, account number, loan date, charge off date, any insurance or fees charged off/down, and displays the original and current balance on the loan.

Monthly Account Status Report - This report list all accounts with a remaining balance by name, account number, balance, account status, payment amount, next payment due, loan class, term, remaining months.

Refunds and Unearned Interest (Payoffs & Renewals) - This report is a detailed list of rebates on loans that were paid out or refinanced during the month. This report lists (by totals) the outstanding loan receivable, principal balance, unearned interest, uncollected and/or accrued late charges, and month to date collections individually (cash and/or checks).

Delinquency Report (Actual Days) - This report looks at next payment due to determine the delinquency of each account. It will display individually the delinquency of an account (by total loan) in the following categories: 01-30 days, 31-60 days, 91-up days. This report displays each delinquent account's next payment due, payment amount, date of last payment, payment due.

Contractual Delinquency by Month - This report looks at the month of the next payment due to determine the delinquency of a loan. It lists the customer's account number, name, next payment due, payment amount, date of last payment, and account status. There are 5 categories that an account can be classified by: potential 30 day, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days and up. The remaining balance of each delinquent loan will be displayed in one of these categories. This report includes a summary of the detailed information displayed on it. The summary on this report takes the 5 late categories and displays the total number of accounts, their corresponding remaining balance dollar amounts, and gives several percentages such as: percentage of delinquent amount, percentage of the delinquent number of accounts, percentage of the total dollar amount, and percentage of the total number of accounts.

Deleted Accounts Report - This report lists loans that have been deleted as part of the month end process. The end of month deletes any loans where the remaining loan balance is zero and the loan has been paid out for the number of months specified in the Company Options File.
