Daily Reports

End of Day Reports

Daily Check Deposit Report - This report displays every payment that was received by check during that business day. It list the customer's name and check amount individually and gives the overall totals.

Daily Status Report - This report is divided into four sections:

Outstanding Balances - This section of the report displays the outstanding loan receivable balances and number of accounts by each loan type (Consumer Loans, Sales Finance, Automobile, Simple Interest and Interest Bearing) and gives an overall total. Loan Recovery, outstanding balance, and number of accounts, is displayedseperately.

Loan Balance Report - Lists number of loans by collateral type and dollar amount. This report displays the previous days ending balances then adds any current day's activity (payoffs, renewals, payments, adjustments, charged off and new loans) deriving today's balance. Displays today, month to date, and year to date activity.

Income Report - Lists daily income by category (interest, surcharge, & insurance, etc.) and totals. Includes a month to date running income total by each of the daily categories.

Delinquency - Displays amount past due, loan balances, and number of accounts, by number of days delinquent. There are 5 categories 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 90 days +, suits filed, and chapter 7 & 13.

Daily Breakdown By Dollar Range - This reports the number of loans booked by dollar range. Displays the type of insurances and the number of policies written and gives the overall gross premiums for each type of insurance written that day.

New Loan Journal - This report is a detailed listing by loan class and gives the overall totals of each new account that was added to the system that day. It lists the account number, customer name, and each type of insurance/fee that was charged on a particular loan. It displays the cash advance and renewal amount brought forward from a previous loan. All loan classes are totaled on the last page of this report.

Paid Out Loans Report - This report lists each loan by class code that pays out that day. This report displays the payoff amount and any rebates (interest, surcharge, maintenance fee, insurance, etc.) individually and gives the overall totals. All loan classes are totaled on the last page of this report.

Daily Deposit Report - This report lists each customer by loan class that makes a payment on that day. It lists the customer's loan number, name, total payment, amount applied to the balance, late charges, miscellaneous charges, interest paid, type of payment (cash or check) and which employee took the payment. Any payments on charges off accounts are listed on a seperate page of this report. All payments taken that day are totaled at the end of this report on the Daily Deposit Grand Totals Page.

Daily Monetary Adjustments - This report is a system audit report. It lists by account number and customer name any monetary changes in a customer's account other than a regular payment. It also displays any loans that were deleted, late charge reversals, loans charged off, returned checks, charge off recovery returned checks and payoff reversals.

Balancing Totals - This report list the loans receivable ending balance by taking the previous days ending balance and adding any new or converted loans and/or returned checks, and then subtracting the payments, paid off loans, charged off loans, renewed loans and any refunds for that day, to derive the current days loan receivables balance. This report displays the unearned interest amount of any Rule of 78's loans and the interest earned that has not yet been collected on interest bearing loans. If your company is on the accrual method of accounting, the system will display the gross unearned insurance premiums less your company's commissions to derive the net unearned insurance of your loan portfolio. This report lists the current days renewed late charges, cash disbursed, total unpaid principal, past maturity interest both collected and uncollected, late charges accrued and reversed and the days when the last end of day and month were processed.

Daily Check Register - This report lists the check number and the amount and payee of any check disbursed that processing day. It also adds back that days deposit to derive the correct ending balance. This report must be turned on in your company's configuration options.

General Ledger Transaction Register - This report lists the date, description, amount, reference (check number, loans, rebates, late charges, payments, etc.) and corresponding general ledger number for each transaction. It displays both the debit and credit for each entry.

Disbursement Checking Account - This report lists the disbursement checking balance for the previous day and adds/subtracts (by totals) the current days activity to derive today's ending balance. It displays month to date and year to date cash/check collections totals.

General Checking Account - This is an optional report and optional account. This report lists the general accounts checking balance for the previous day and adds/subtracts by totals the current days activity to derive today's ending balance. It displays month to date and year to date cash/check collection totals.
